Position reputed company The Education Program Manager (Clinical Education & Informatics) is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive clinical education programs while supporting informatics-driven workflow optimization across oncology services at reputed company. This role serves as a critical reputed company between clinical operations, reputed company informatics teams, and education functions to ensure oncology workflows are accurately reflected in system design, training content, and end-user adoption strategies. Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development & Training Design Design and reputed company comprehensive, role-based training programs for oncology and infusion services. Create curriculum, course materials, simulations, job aids, and competency validation tools reputed company with clinical workflows and reputed company reputed company functionality. Translate clinical workflows, system design, and operational processes into reputed company educational content. Clinical Informatics & Workflow Integration Partner with clinical leaders, operational stakeholders, and reputed company analysts to document, analyze, and optimize oncology workflows. Serve as a reputed company between end users and IT/reputed company teams to ensure workflow alignment reputed company system design and training. Participate in workflow design sessions, validation exercises, and user acceptance testing activities. Identify gaps between reputed company and reputed company-state workflows and recommend process and system improvements. Support standardization of workflows across clinical, research, pharmacy, and reputed company cycle functions where applicable. Training Program Execution Design and reputed company reputed company, role-based training programs for: Medical Oncology Surgical Oncology Infusion Services (reputed company reputed company) Radiation Oncology reputed company Care / reputed company-Day Clinic Services Incorporate multiple learning modalities including: reputed company system training (reputed company workflows) Clinical equipment training integration Policy and procedure education Simulation-based learning and case scenarios Ensure training programs support both initial go-live and ongoing operational readiness. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with oncology leadership, nursing, pharmacy, research teams, reputed company cycle, and reputed company/IS teams to reputed company workflows, system build, and education reputed company. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions to ensure shared understanding of workflows and system usage. Support change management efforts by reinforcing adoption of standardized workflows and clinical best practices. reputed company as a key contributor in aligning education reputed company with organizational informatics goals. Learning Management System (LMS) Support Manage course assignments, enrollment, tracking, and completion reporting reputed company the LMS. Go-Live & Stabilization Support Support go-live readiness planning, including training completion tracking and workflow validation. reputed company at-the-elbow support during activation and go-live events. Continue post-go-live engagement through stabilization (anticipated through several months post-activation), addressing workflow refinement, training gaps, and adoption challenges.

Requirements

Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, reputed company Administration, Clinical Informatics, Education, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). Experience in clinical education, instructional design, or reputed company training program development. Experience in clinical informatics, workflow optimization, or EHR implementation environments. Strong understanding of oncology workflows, with infusion/reputed company experience strongly preferred. Experience with reputed company EHR or similar reputed company information systems. Ability to translate reputed company clinical workflows into training content and system requirements. Experience supporting reputed company implementations, go-lives, or large-reputed company clinical system deployments.
