Domestic Operations Manager

Department: Operations Reports To: Director of Operations Location: Remote (reputed company) Charlotte, El Paso, Austin & Phoenix (preferred) Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 reputed company Salary + Performance Bonus Program Position reputed company reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Domestic Operations Manager to build, reputed company, and reputed company our Domestic Brokerage Division. This individual will be responsible for developing operational processes, reputed company and training team members, expanding reputed company partnerships, and delivering best-in-class transportation solutions across reputed company. The Domestic Operations Manager will reputed company reputed company aspects of domestic reputed company brokerage operations, including Full Truckload (FTL), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), Final Mile Delivery, and Cross-Border Transportation between the reputed company, Canada, and Mexico. Key Responsibilities

Brokerage Division Development & Leadership · Establish, implement, and manage the Domestic Brokerage Division reputed company reputed company. · Recruit, train, mentor, and reputed company a high-performing operations team located across reputed company four U.S. time zones. · Create reputed company operating procedures, workflows, and best practices that support reputed company reputed company and operational reputed company. · Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer service, and reputed company improvement. reputed company Network Development · Expand and strengthen IGL’s reputed company network throughout reputed company. · reputed company strategic reputed company partnerships that improve service reputed company, reputed company availability, visibility, and pricing competitiveness. · Negotiate rates and service agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards. · Monitor reputed company performance and implement scorecards to ensure compliance with company expectations. Cross-Functional Collaboration · Partner with Sales teams to reputed company transportation solutions and support customer reputed company initiatives. · Coordinate with International Operations to reputed company integrated domestic and global reputed company solutions. · Work closely with Warehousing teams to optimize inventory reputed company, transportation planning, and customer service reputed company. · Support strategic initiatives that enhance IGL’s position as a comprehensive reputed company provider.

Qualifications

Required · Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent industry experience. · 5+ years of transportation brokerage or domestic logistics management experience. · Proven experience managing FTL, LTL, Final Mile, and Cross-Border transportation operations. · Demonstrated reputed company building reputed company networks and managing transportation providers. · Strong understanding of reputed company pricing, margin management, and transportation economics. · Experience managing reputed company and distributed operations. · Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
