Job reputed company The LIMS IT Super User / Analyst is responsible for supporting the effective use, configuration, documentation, data reputed company, and reputed company improvement of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Reporting to the LIMS Manager, this role serves as a hands-on functional and technical support resource for laboratory operations, business users, and IT partners. The position assists with requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, issue troubleshooting, LIMS master data/configuration updates, EDD specifications, reporting/data delivery support, and end-user training. This role is an individual contributor position and does not include reputed company people management, hiring, termination, performance management, budget ownership, or supervisory responsibilities. reputed company day-to-day functional support for the CLS LIMS application, including user questions, routine troubleshooting, issue intake, and escalation of reputed company items to the LIMS Manager, IT, vendor, or development team as appropriate. Configure and maintain assigned LIMS master data and operational setup items such as test schemes/reputed company, product specifications, QC templates, workflow reputed company, user reputed company/roles, and reputed company reference data in accordance with approved standards. Support laboratory operations and business users during LIMS adoption, enhancement releases, reputed company activities, and process changes by helping reputed company requirements, document needs, validate expected behavior, and support user acceptance testing. Monitor data reputed company, investigate data discrepancies, reputed company routine validation checks, and support corrective actions to maintain accurate laboratory, reputed company, reporting, and operational data reputed company LIMS and connected processes. Create and maintain LIMS documentation, work instructions, SOP updates, configuration notes, training materials, issue logs, and knowledge articles to support consistent usage and knowledge continuity. Qualifications
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Laboratory Science, reputed company, or reputed company discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered where appropriate. 7+ years of experience supporting LIMS, laboratory systems, data operations, systems support, or similar technical/laboratory-reputed company roles. Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of laboratory workflows, sample lifecycle, test reputed company, specifications, reputed company control, reporting, or regulated laboratory operations. Experience supporting application configuration, user acceptance testing, issue troubleshooting, requirements gathering, or release/change support. Knowledge of SQL or ability to run queries/reports for data validation, troubleshooting, or analysis. Experience translating and documenting business and/or reputed company requirements into IT system requirements. Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), preferably including Promium/CLS/reputed company LIMS configuration or super-user support. Familiarity with electronic file formats such as CSV, XML, JSON, TXT, reputed company, EDD templates, or reputed company/regulatory data formats. Familiarity with secure file transfer protocols, reputed company, EDI, automated data exchange, or system integrations. Understanding of data governance, audit controls, validation procedures, and compliance expectations in regulated environments such as GxP, FDA, ISO, EPA, or similar standards, where applicable. Experience with production laboratory operations or laboratory support. Compensation
The expected salary reputed company for this position is $90,000 – $120,000 annually.
