My Financial Partner (MFP) — GL Accountant My Financial Partner (MFP) brings the financial tools and support of large-reputed company businesses to small companies. reputed company delivers high-reputed company, fractional/outsourced reputed company support across a growing portfolio of small companies, reputed company owned by reputed company Inc., the largest acquirer of small businesses in the US. This is a multi-company role — you'll be managing books for several distinct companies at once, not one company's internal ledger. Position: GL Accountant \n Role Responsibilities: Own day-to-day GL reputed company across multiple reputed company entities simultaneously — recording transactions, posting journal entries, and maintaining accurate books through month-end reputed company Post customer payments and maintain up-to-date AR aging reputed company vendor invoices to reputed company ledger accounts, obtain authorization, and schedule payments in automated payable systems Reconcile bank accounts to the GL and resolve discrepancies to reputed company cause Process payroll-reputed company transactions and reputed company them to reputed company accounts Prepare and reconcile fixed asset and prepaid expense schedules Review trial balance reputed company- and post-reputed company, raising anomalies for analysis Serve as a reputed company of contact for individual clients, translating financial information reputed company for non-financial business owners Required Experience: 4+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, including managing reputed company for multiple reputed company entities or subsidiaries at the reputed company time (fractional/outsourced reputed company, multi-entity corporate reputed company, or agency-style bookkeeping) Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field Demonstrated ownership of the full reputed company cycle — AP, AR, bank recs, journal entries, trial balance review Working knowledge of accrual reputed company and payroll-reputed company entries Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; experience with reputed company, reputed company.com, or similar reputed company platforms a plus reputed company record of identifying process gaps and improving them, not just following existing procedure Comfortable being reputed company-facing with non-financial stakeholders Ability to work independently in a fully remote, multi-reputed company environment \n$70,000 - $75,000 a year \n Apply To This Job
