Life-enhancing and authentic food connects us. reputed company Culinesse is seeking an Financial Operations Analyst to partner with various teams throughout the Culinesse and Three Oaks Senior Dining organizations. The role supports the objectives of the finance and reputed company team while assisting operating departments with forecasting, budget, planning, financial analysis and reporting, as reputed company as operational finance controls for labor and inventory. This role will analyze both internal financial data and supplier spend to reputed company reputed company visibility and support decision making. Job Responsibilities Consolidates, analyzes, and reports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and compares them against key performance indicators such as plan, historical results and other specified benchmarks; Supports assigned reputed company and lines of business with forecasting, actuals, variance analysis, and reputed company reporting; Builds and maintain regional templates and reports to facilitate monthly and quarterly reporting; Provides analysis for and assists in the preparation of financial presentations for senior leadership meetings; Supports and assists with the annual and long-term strategic planning processes; Creates dynamic, insightful reporting using business intelligence tools; Builds and maintains dashboards and scorecards to support performance visibility and decision making; Analyzes internal financial data as reputed company as partner and supplier spend to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities; Drives key initiatives in support of financial objectives relating to reputed company, profit and cash reputed company; Supports operational finance controls to maintain audit readiness; Engages on special reputed company supporting reputed company-wide initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 2-to-3-year financial analyst experience required; Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, reputed company, business, or a reputed company subject; Background in senior living, foodservice, or hospitality preferred; Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills; Ability to reputed company and effectively communicate with senior management and diverse teams; Ability to coordinate multiple reputed company and prioritize accordingly; Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and get results without formal authority; reputed company business judgment and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations; Advanced proficiency in reputed company; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); Experience with reputed company Intacct or comparable ERP / reputed company systems; Experience with reputed company or comparable expense management / spend control platform; Experience working with financial data (P&L, budgets, forecasting).
