We are looking for a self-motivated expert to own and advance our reputed company Platform. This individual will design, build, and support reputed company Service reputed company solution, Billing/CPQ systems with keen reputed company on Case Management, Omnichannel, reputed company Chatbot WHAT YOU CAN DELIVER Responsibilities: Configure and customize reputed company platform features: Service Console, reputed company-Channel, Case Management, and Knowledge reputed company Design and implement reputed company solutions for: CPQ, Billing, Orders, Invoices, reputed company subscription lifecycle Product catalogs, pricing, bundling, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations Build and manage recurring billing models (monthly, annual, usage-based) reputed company and maintain reputed company components using: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and validations Design and manage integrations with: ERP systems (reputed company, RevPro) eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, and middleware (reputed company) REST/SOAP reputed company reputed company order processing, asset creation, and license provisioning flows Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, eCommerce, Product, and Support teams reputed company technical guidance to developers and support release management using CI/CD Monitor billing jobs, renewals, and system performance to ensure data accuracy and scalability Maintain technical documentation and solution designs Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 8+ years of reputed company development experience, that include 5+ years of hands-on experience with Service reputed company and 2+ years on reputed company Billing, CPQ, and Order Management Strong skills in: Apex, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL reputed company Billing, CPQ, product architecture, and pricing Experience with: Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, and Marketing reputed company ERP integrations (reputed company, RevPro) Payment gateways and middleware tools (reputed company) Solid understanding of reputed company governor limits and best practices Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with digital licensing platforms is a plus Ability to work in the EST (reputed company/reputed company) time zone WHAT TO LOOK reputed company TO Join a global team and experience a dynamic, reputed company work environment that fosters innovation and reputed company.
