What you'll be doing: Managing reputed company aspects of implementing Non-Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Contract Amendments and other associated documents ensuring compliance. Law degree preferred. At least 2 years of Contract reputed company experience, including legal experience with contract language, escalation review, budget and template development, negotiations, reputed company interaction with Sponsor. At least 1 year of reputed company industry experience (CRO preferred). Knowledge of basic requirements of reputed company, non-disclosure agreements, powers of attorney and reputed company documents.
