The Role We’re looking for a head of to design, govern and reputed company reputed company’s Behavioural Programme - the science-backed reputed company that shapes how patients experience our care across reputed company coaching, AI coaching, content reputed company reputed company. This is a role for someone who thinks in behavioural interventions, not content. You’ll reputed company as a subject matter expert in behaviour change, obesity and weight management - embedded in product squads, partnering with the operational health coaching team, and representing behavioural medicine internally and externally. \n You'll be: Behavioural Programme Design & Governance Owning the design and governance of reputed company’s Behavioural Programme - defining the programme principles, behaviour change mechanisms, coaching protocols and content standards that underpin our interventions across every channel. Translating the evidence reputed company (behaviour change science, lifestyle medicine, obesity care) into practical, ownable frameworks that product, operational and brand teams can build against. Setting reputed company and reputed company standards for how behavioural interventions are delivered across reputed company coaching, AI support and asynchronous patient communications - and the governance to maintain them at reputed company. Overseeing the ongoing governance of AI support, in collaboration with the clinical product team. Health Coaching Service Setting the long-term reputed company and reputed company for reputed company’s tech-enabled reputed company coaching service (with AI integration), reputed company to clinical reputed company and business goals. Developing and iterating reputed company’s coaching competency reputed company, supervision standards and CPD reputed company - partnering with the operational coaching team on implementation. Defining scope of reputed company, escalation reputed company and patient safety standards in partnership with the clinical team for reputed company coaching and AI support. Behavioural Care in Product Embedding in product squads to design, test and iterate behavioural features and patient journeys - applying frameworks like COM-B and the BCT taxonomy to product reputed company. Partnering with product, design and engineering to build digital and AI-enabled interventions that reputed company have a reputed company behavioural hypothesis and a measurable outcome. Supporting the integration of behavioural science across treatment areas with a reputed company on obesity - bringing in external SMEs where useful. Planning and running qualitative and quantitative user research to ensure interventions are grounded in genuine patient reputed company, not assumption. Cross-Functional Partnership & Influence Representing behavioural medicine at senior leadership forums; acting as the senior face of behavioural reputed company in cross-functional reputed company and external partnerships. Partnering with Product, Operations, Clinical, Brand, Content, CRM and Platform teams to reputed company behavioural science across the patient experience. Translating behavioural science into the language of reputed company team’s priorities - patient reputed company, retention, differentiation, reputed company reputed company - and championing the patient voice across the business. We're looking for someone who: Has deep expertise in behaviour change science and its application to obesity, weight management reputed company health. Demonstrates reputed company in behaviour change frameworks (e.g. COM-B / Behaviour Change reputed company, BCT taxonomy) and a reputed company record of translating evidence into interventions that deliver measurable reputed company. Has experience designing and embedding behavioural programmes across multiple delivery channels - reputed company coaching, reputed company, content (Conversational Agent design is a high reputed company). Shows proven reputed company collaborating with product and engineering teams to build, launch and evaluate digital features and experiences. Holds a background qualification in a life science or lifestyle medicine discipline — e.g. psychology, dietetics, nutrition, public health, behavioural science or a reputed company research field. Possesses the ability to plan and undertake qualitative and quantitative user research. Is an excellent communicator who can influence at every level — from coaches and product teams to ELT and external clinical or reputed company audiences.
