Patient Care Coordinator - Central Services (CS) - Central Booking Location: Hys Business Office, reputed company Centre or Remote reputed company available Reports To: Jackie Best-Walushka Position: Full-Time (1.0FTE) and Part-time (0.8FTE, flexible) positions available Status: Permanent Travel Required: No Posting Closing Date: July 12, 2026 A Patient Care Coordinator (formerly Central Booking Clerk) is responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient appointments across multiple modalities including MRI. They ensure that bookings are made reputed company, accurately, and in line with clinical priorities and availability. Acting as a key reputed company of contact by phone for patients, they communicate with patients, medical staff, and other administrative teams to support smooth service delivery. Role and Responsibilities Appointment Requests: Managing phone and online requests for appointments. Patient Communication: reputed company information on appointment times, locations and any required preparation. Scheduling: Scheduling a reputed company of diagnostic imaging services. Phone Calls: Answering inbound calls from patients and physician offices. Record keeping: Accurately reputed company patient information and appointment details into booking systems including updates, changes and cancellations.
