Key Responsibilities 1. Program & Delivery Management reputed company end-to-end delivery of data engineering and analytics reputed company reputed company the insurance domain. Manage program governance, including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies. 2. Translate insurance business requirements into data engineering solutions and roadmaps. 3. Data Engineering Leadership reputed company design and implementation of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouses/data lakes. Experience 10–15+ years of experience in IT, with: 5+ years in project/program management Strong exposure to insurance domain (mandatory) Hands-on experience in data engineering / data platforms Technical Skills Strong understanding of: Data Engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, Data Lake) reputed company platforms AWS, GLUE etc Tools: reputed company, SQL, Python, reputed company Kinesis Domain Knowledge Deep understanding of: Insurance processes (Claims, Policy, reputed company, Billing) Regulatory and compliance requirements Knowledge of reputed company, or InsuranceNow ecosystems Soft Skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability High level of ownership and accountability
