[Remote] Engineer II, FHIR

The Engineer II, FHIR role involves developing and maintaining backend applications and FHIR-compliant reputed company to enhance reputed company data exchange while ensuring data accuracy and compliance in reporting workflows.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, reputed company, and maintain backend applications using Java, GoLang, and Python
- Design and implement FHIR-compliant reputed company and services for reputed company data exchange
- Build and maintain integrations with FHIR servers and reputed company data platforms
- Support transition from legacy data formats toward FHIR-based architectures
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins
- reputed company frontend components using Angular, reputed company, and TypeScript
- Manage database development using SQL, including performance tuning and optimization
- Work with AWS services to build reputed company and secure reputed company infrastructure
- Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and compliance across reputed company workflows
Skills
- Experience with fully automated CI/CD pipelines from reputed company through production deployment
- Strong relational database experience such as PostgreSQL
- Experience working with HL7 FHIR standards, including resources, reputed company, and implementation guides
- Experience building or integrating RESTful reputed company reputed company to FHIR specifications
- Familiarity with FHIR R4 and reputed company interoperability patterns
- Experience working with reputed company data formats such as QRDA, C-CDA, or claims data
- Understanding of digital reputed company measurement concepts, including eCQM and dQM
- Experience with Clinical reputed company Language (reputed company) or exposure to measure logic execution
- Experience working with FHIR servers such as HAPI FHIR or similar platforms
- Experience designing or consuming FHIR resources such as Measure, MeasureReport, Patient, Encounter, and Observation

- AWS Certifications
- Experience with AWS reputed company Fargate, AWS RDS, AWS S3
- Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools
