[Remote] Key Account Manager

They are seeking a Key Account Manager to reputed company as the strategic reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through relationship building and proactive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic reputed company of contact and relationship reputed company for customers reputed company our reputed company account reputed company
- Establish, map, and maintain deep relationships with Executive Sponsors and Economic Buyers (e.g., VPs of Operations, CFOs, Owners) to ensure reputed company aligns with their overarching business goals
- Own and drive renewals, retention and adoption for assigned accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews and proactively engage with customers to identify and execute on opportunities that continually increase the value they get from reputed company
- Increase customer product awareness by building credibility reputed company reputed company of your accounts, operating as a thought leader, and building and executing strategic account plans
- Be a problem solver - manage escalations with urgency and reputed company to solve customer issues in a thorough, outcome driven manner

Skills
- 3-5 years in reputed company account management or reputed company facing roles
- Demonstrated experience owning renewals and long term retention goals reputed company assigned accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - comfortable leading reputed company facing meetings, reputed company sessions, business reviews, renewal contract discussions and more
- Strong presentation skills, as reputed company as ability to master technical workflows
