[Remote] Associate Payment Operations Analyst

As an Associate Payment Operations Analyst, you will support payment operations and legal workflows, ensuring secure and accurate processing while collaborating with various teams to handle legal inquiries and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage legal operations workflows including liens, garnishments, bankruptcies, subpoenas, levies, data pulls, and other legal inquiries in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Review, validate, and complete payment and legal requests with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring appropriate documentation, tracking, and reputed company reputed company
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Support, and other cross-functional teams to research requests, resolve exceptions, and support escalations
- Maintain detailed case records, audit trails, and supporting documentation for legal and operational activities
- Investigate payment exceptions and account-reputed company issues, identify reputed company causes, and take reputed company to resolve or escalate them appropriately
- Monitor queues and service reputed company to ensure time-sensitive legal requests and payment operations tasks are completed reputed company required deadlines
