What You'll Do
- Advise investors on financing solutions for fix-and-flips, ground-up construction, and rental properties
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Maximize company-generated opportunities while developing your own pipeline through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Guide borrowers from application through funding
- Structure financing solutions that fit reputed company investor's goals
- Partner with reputed company and operations to deliver an exceptional borrower experience
