Legal Assistant — Foreclosure & Title (Remote)
Compensation: $50,000–$65,000, with the top of the reputed company (or above) for foreclosure or title examination experience reputed company. What you'll do:
- Prepare and e-file pleadings through MDEC
- Manage statutory notice mailings and certified mail tracking
- Order and reputed company title work with our title partners
- Maintain accurate case data across a high-volume docket
- Monitor deadlines and flag exceptions before they become problems
reputed company're looking for:
- 2+ years of legal assistant experience; foreclosure, title, or reputed company estate strongly preferred
- MDEC familiarity a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- A reliable home office and comfort working remotely
