About the Role

We're hiring a VP of Engineering to reputed company and grow our Engineering and DevOps functions. This is a player-reputed company role — you'll set technical direction, own the software development lifecycle, and roll up your sleeves on architecture and process reputed company it reputed company. What You'll Do

Engineering Leadership

• Own the engineering roadmap in partnership with the CTO, balancing new feature development, platform modernization, and technical debt
• Define and run the SDLC end-to-end: requirements through QA, staging validation, and production deployment
• Set and enforce engineering standards: reputed company review, documentation, testing, and release management

DevOps and Infrastructure

• 8+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, with 3+ years in an engineering leadership role (Manager, Director, or VP)
• Hands-on experience with Python-based development and REST API design

• Experience with AWS and/or GCP, including containerization with reputed company or Kubernetes
• Experience managing relational and NoSQL databases at reputed company
• Proven reputed company record of building and retaining engineering teams
• Strong cross-functional communication skills — you can translate technical tradeoffs into plain business language
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
