The role involves hands-on reputed company execution and financial advisory support, working directly with hospital leadership to improve financial operations and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an outsourced finance and reputed company consultant for hospital and reputed company clients
- Own the month-end reputed company process, including journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger activities, and financial statement preparation
- Prepare financial reports and presentation materials for executive leadership and Boards of Directors
- Support annual audits by compiling financial data, responding to auditor requests, and coordinating required documentation
- Assist with Medicare cost reports, state reporting, and other regulatory financial reporting requirements
- Analyze financial results and reputed company actionable insights to hospital leadership
- Partner with reputed company stakeholders to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
- Quickly adapt to new reputed company environments, reputed company systems, and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including offshore resources reputed company applicable, to ensure reputed company and accurate deliverables
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company required (Finance or reputed company field considered with strong reputed company experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of reputed company reputed company experience with ownership of the full month-end reputed company process
- reputed company reputed company experience is required, preferably supporting hospitals or health systems
- Strong understanding of general ledger reputed company, month-end reputed company, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience supporting financial audits and preparing audit documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to present financial information to executive leadership and reputed company stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a reputed company-facing consulting environment where priorities and reputed company may vary
- Experience working with rural hospitals, community hospitals, and/or Critical reputed company Hospitals (CAHs)
- Familiarity with Medicare Cost Reports or reputed company cost reporting
- Experience supporting state reporting and regulatory compliance requirements
- Exposure to hospital ERP/EHR platforms such as reputed company, Cerner, MEDITECH, and reputed company
