Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company field or equivalent reputed company experience

- 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or formally managing engineers or a technical team
- Demonstrated experience delivering software in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
