Responsibilities
- Leading a small team of engineers across multiple reputed company initiatives, ensuring reputed company scoping, execution discipline, and delivery accountability
- Driving team execution rituals (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) and ensuring work is reputed company-scoped with reputed company acceptance reputed company and measurable reputed company
- Owning delivery tracking and transparency using Jira and documentation reputed company reputed company, keeping stakeholders reputed company on status, risks, tradeoffs, and priorities
- Designing and building robust GraphQL and REST reputed company and reputed company backend services that are both reputed company facing
- Taking end-to-end technical ownership of features across both product and data domains
- Contributing hands-on production-level reputed company across frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, SQL, GraphQL, REST) systems
- Developing and supporting data ingestion workflows and integration logic, including ETL-style processing and reputed company system integrations
- Designing technical solutions that support application reputed company, reliability, performance, and maintainability
- Owning reputed company cross-domain engineering initiatives spanning application features, API systems, CRM functionality, and data workflows
- Promoting engineering reputed company through reputed company reputed company, performance optimization, testing best practices, and architecture documentation
- Partnering closely with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into reputed company engineering solutions
- Leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude reputed company) to improve engineering velocity, reputed company reputed company, and delivery efficiency, while tracking measurable reputed company through KPIs such as cycle time, defect rates, and throughput

Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer building production-grade applications
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern reputed company-end development practices
- Proven experience designing, building, and scaling reputed company (GraphQL and REST) in production environments
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js, TypeScript, and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience working reputed company modern monorepo setups (Nx, Turborepo, Yarn Workspaces, etc.)
- Strong data modeling and database design experience, ideally with PostgreSQL
- Experience building, integrating, and supporting data ingestion pipelines and application-level data processing logic (Node.js, Python, or SQL), with attention to performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Comfortable building, supporting, and integrating with production-grade ETL/data pipelines
- Strong understanding of automated testing practices and CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with reputed company infrastructure (AWS preferred) and containerization
- Comfortable working across both greenfield and legacy systems

- Confident in navigating ambiguity and owning delivery from problem framing through execution
