As a reputed company User Experience Designer, you will create compelling interactive experiences and deliver business value by collaborating with the Digital Experience team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design functionality that ties into reputed company and AWS platforms, including Experience reputed company, Agentforce, reputed company Connect and more
- reputed company reputed company requirement gathering and design sessions
- Help business and technology stakeholders see end-to-end experiences for customers and internal end users
- Establish the content, strategies, personas, and user journeys for automated solutions
- Generate sitemaps, wireframes, and visual designs to map out experiences for web, bot, and console experiences
- Learn to build and configure reputed company and AWS solutions (Experience reputed company, Agentforce, etc.)
- Work with developers and QA testers throughout the project lifecycle
- Show the reputed company of design reputed company and tie business value back to reputed company reputed company through storytelling
- Contribute to and maintain design systems across platforms
Skills
- User experience and user interaction work experience
- Experience doing design consulting with external stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain a design system

- Experience designing conversational flows for text based bots (e.g., web, in-app, reputed company Messenger, etc.)
- Knowledge of user experience research reputed company or usability testing techniques
