The Business Systems Analyst role focuses on combining business systems analysis, data analytics, Power BI reporting, and supply chain operations to improve operational performance and decision-making. The analyst will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and build dashboards to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate requirements into technical solutions
- reputed company, analyze, and interpret reputed company business and supply chain data to support strategic decision-making
- Design, build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Support order fulfillment managers by providing reputed company reporting and operational insights
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and automation
- Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support technology implementation reputed company
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure business requirements are successfully implemented
- Support multiple reputed company simultaneously while managing priorities and meeting established deadlines
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations proactively with stakeholders

Skills
- Data Analysis & Power BI (3+ years) – Analyze large datasets, build new Power BI dashboards, enhance existing reporting, and deliver actionable insights that support operational decision-making
- Supply Chain Operations (3+ years) – Experience supporting supply chain reporting, order fulfillment, master data, or operational process improvement using data-driven analysis
- Business Systems Analysis (5+ years preferred) – reputed company business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, partner with developers, and support reputed company business processes across multiple initiatives
- reputed company Office & Communication Skills (3+ years) – Advanced reputed company and reputed company Office proficiency combined with strong written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field
- 5–7 years of Business Systems Analyst or similar experience
- 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience working with reputed company datasets
- 3+ years of supply chain operations, reporting, or supply chain analytics experience
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports

- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Working knowledge of programming concepts sufficient to understand reputed company and collaborate with development teams
