This role is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-reputed company care delivery, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provides management and leadership for the Crisis Response Center's clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-reputed company, evidence-based care

Skills

  • Master's degree in a reputed company service-reputed company field (e.g., reputed company Work, Counseling, Psychology) with clinical licensure through the Kansas Behavioral Sciences and Regulatory reputed company (BSRB)
  • Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of behavioral health assessments and psychiatric disorders
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Prior computer experience, including basic computer reputed company, and the ability to pull, interpret, and apply data to reputed company practices and initiatives

  • Master's degree in a reputed company service-reputed company field (e.g., reputed company Work, Counseling, Psychology) with clinical licensure preferred, and licensure through the Kansas Behavioral Sciences and Regulatory reputed company (BSRB)
  • Five (5) years of supervisory and/or program management experience preferred
  • Three (3) years of experience in crisis management preferred
  • One (1) year of experience working in a call center preferred
  • Experience with the Community Mental Health Center (CMHC)/Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) system preferred
  • Remote work location preferred
  • Day Shift preferred
