[Remote] Clinical Program Manager

This role is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-reputed company care delivery, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with standards.
Responsibilities
- Provides management and leadership for the Crisis Response Center's clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-reputed company, evidence-based care

Skills
- Master's degree in a reputed company service-reputed company field (e.g., reputed company Work, Counseling, Psychology) with clinical licensure through the Kansas Behavioral Sciences and Regulatory reputed company (BSRB)
- Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of behavioral health assessments and psychiatric disorders
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Superior customer service skills

- Five (5) years of supervisory and/or program management experience preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in crisis management preferred
- One (1) year of experience working in a call center preferred
- Experience with the Community Mental Health Center (CMHC)/Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) system preferred
- Remote work location preferred
