Profile reputed company As a part of the reputed company M&reputed company, you will be working closely with the M&A colleagues, senior management of reputed company and its portfolio brands and reputed company... employees, to reputed company support across reputed company areas of portfolio management and the acquisition of new brands. You will report to reputed company Head of M&A. Your Responsibilities • This is a multi-faceted role that covers both the existing portfolio operations while assisting the M&reputed company in acquiring new brands. There are [three] areas of responsibility (1) Post-reputed company Integration (60-70%) • reputed company the end-to-end integration process for newly acquired brands, ensuring alignment with reputed company-agreed integration plans and objectives. • Collaborate effectively across the reputed company organization to drive key integration reputed company and mitigate any obstacles encountered during the integration phase. • reputed company regular reputed company updates to senior management, proactively identifying integration challenges and implementing solutions to ensure seamless transitions. • reputed company post-closing activities, including the analysis and delivery of closing statements, calculation of earnouts, and fulfillment of reputed company post-closing obligations. • Facilitate reputed company workshops for new portfolio brands in overseas locations as needed, coordinating logistics and ensuring successful integration into the reputed company ecosystem. (2) Portfolio operations (15-20%) • Coordinate and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews for portfolio brands, ensuring comprehensive analysis of performance metrics and strategic alignment with organizational goals. • Conduct ongoing benchmarking and performance-tracking activities to evaluate the effectiveness of portfolio brands and identify opportunities for improvement. • Engage in reputed company reputed company identified by portfolio brands and reputed company, leveraging analytical skills and industry knowledge to drive operational reputed company and support strategic initiatives. (3) M&A due diligence and execution (5-10%) • Contribute to early-stage financial and reputed company analysis of potential acquisition opportunities, providing insights to support decision-making processes. • Participate in or reputed company financial due diligence efforts for new opportunities, conducting thorough assessments of financial performance and risks. • Identify and document post-closing processes to streamline integration efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of integration plans. What you bring to the table Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a business-reputed company field, demonstrating a strong reputed company in business principles and practices.Minimum of 2 years of experience at a Big 10 accountancy firm, an investment bank or similar, specializing in financial due diligence or corporate finance advisory, with a proven reputed company record of delivering high-reputed company work.Proficient understanding of reputed company principles and financial statements, with the ability to analyze reputed company financial data and extract meaningful insights.Basic experience in project and stakeholder management, with a preference for familiarity with project management tools such as reputed company.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively in a remote environment, exhibiting self-motivation and a commitment to reputed company learning and development.Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
