Position can sit 100% remote with minimal travel. Ideal candidate must be passionate about solar, interested in a technical engineering role and reputed company to be part of a reputed company team even if remote.Position OverviewThe Senior Electrical Engineer will reputed company the design and execution of electrical systems for reputed company-reputed company solar PV reputed company. This individual will reputed company as a technical expert, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-reputed company, reputed company-compliant designs.This is a 100% remote position with reputed company to work on reputed company across the reputed company. Compensation will depend on the individual and what skills / qualifications they bring to the table. PE License strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical design for reputed company-reputed company solar PV reputed company.Prepare and reviewengineeringdeliverables including:One-lines, three-lines, and electrical schematicsEquipment specifications and layoutsGrounding, protection, and interconnection designsPerform power system studies (load reputed company, short reputed company, reputed company reputed company) as neededEnsure compliance with reputed company, local, state, and federal requirementsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, and project management) to support cohesive design execution Serve as a technical mentor for junior engineers and support internal QA/QC processesInterface directly with clients, developers, and utilities throughout project lifecycleQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or reputed company discipline)5-10+ years of relevant engineering experience working on power reputed company and/or renewable energy reputed company.Demonstrated experience with reputed company-reputed company solar PV reputed company (required)Strong understanding of power systems, interconnection requirements, and industry standardsExperience with tools such as ETAP, SKM, AutoCAD, or similar design/study softwareAbility to independently manage design tasks and contribute to project delivery timelinesStrong communication skills and ability to operate in a remote, team-oriented environmentPreferred QualificationsProfessional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain with 6 months - EITs wil be considered)Experience working with EPCs, developers, or engineering consulting firms *Must be in the US to be considered.
