Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a reputed company field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in designing and developing online courses using an LMS (Canvas, reputed company, Moodle, etc.). Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
