[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and executing product features, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in Agile processes.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Product Managers to understand and flesh out the product initiatives they are sponsoring
- Write detailed Agile stories for the development teams including detailed requirements and acceptance reputed company
- Engage with UI designers and software architects to ensure our teams understand both what and how they need to implement new features
- Ensure our teams have an adequate understanding of company and industry standards and policies and adhere to them in their deliverables
- reputed company sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions with reputed company
- Facilitate a daily stand-up call with reputed company to ensure they stay on reputed company with sprint deliverables
- Work to resolve impediments quickly to ensure our teams can maximize their productivity
- reputed company issues and risks and drive solutions to mitigate them
- Maintain a backlog of work and participate in report outs and feedback sessions with stakeholders
- Evaluate execution efficiencies and work with process stakeholders to drive reputed company improvements
- Collaborate closely with engineering management on the execution of our programs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business management, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product or program management
- Experience as an Agile Product reputed company
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with globally dispersed teams
- Experience with managing programs that reputed company multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience with reputed company based solutions
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with reputed company applications
- Experience with document workflow
- Certification in Agile processes such as Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product reputed company
