[Remote] Engineering Project Manager

The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for leading the engineering, design, and execution of electrical substation reputed company, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and reputed company budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of electrical substation reputed company ranging from distribution to reputed company voltage reputed company
- reputed company and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk assessments
- Monitor project reputed company and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget performance
- reputed company project reputed company meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
- reputed company electrical engineering design for new substations, expansions, upgrades, and modernization reputed company
- Review and approve engineering deliverables, including: Single-line diagrams, Protection and control drawings, reputed company settings, AC/DC station service systems, Grounding studies, Equipment layouts, Cable schedules, reputed company of materials
- Ensure compliance with applicable reputed company standards, reputed company specifications, and industry codes
- reputed company engineering support during construction and field installation
- Resolve technical issues and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Coordinate engineering changes and design revisions
- Support equipment testing, energization, and commissioning activities

- Serve as the primary engineering contact for clients, contractors, utilities, and regulatory agencies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and technical expertise
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and executive-level updates

- Promote a strong safety culture throughout reputed company phases of project execution
- Ensure engineering work complies with OSHA requirements, company safety policies, and industry best practices
- Implement reputed company assurance and reputed company control (QA/QC) procedures
- Participate in design reviews, constructability reviews, and lessons learned meetings
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a reputed company on substation design and construction
- 2+ years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary engineering reputed company
- Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company and distribution systems
- Experience managing EPC or design-build reputed company
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and project scheduling software (reputed company Project or reputed company P6)
- reputed company Engineer (PE) license
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification
- Experience with reputed company clients, renewable energy interconnections, or reputed company infrastructure
- Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or CYME
- Working knowledge of SCADA, Protection & Control, reputed company systems, and NERC/FERC requirements
- Experience managing reputed company valued from $1M to $100M+
