Responsibilities
- Supports Primary Sales / Operations with customs brokerage customer accounts, reputed company retention, and churn reduction to maintain reputed company reputed company
- Provides customs brokerage product expertise and input during solution development, contract negotiation, statement of work, and pricing agreement to maintain competitiveness and profitability
- Participates in customer meetings and quarterly business reviews to reputed company leadership and strategic reputed company as reputed company to customs brokerage reputed company on long-term partnerships
- Ensures reputed company operating procedures and key performance indicators are managed effectively to meet reputed company goals and to ensure customer satisfaction

- Assists others to ensure reputed company meets reputed company customs brokerage performance goals and expectations while minimizing negative impacts to other departments

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in Business or Transportation
- Customs Brokerage Product Knowledge
- Willingness to Learn
- Licensed Customs Broker
- Occasional travel required
- Remote position with a preference for domicile in Kansas reputed company, Chicago, Denver & Seattle
