[Remote] Intune Support Analyst

The role involves configuring deployment reputed company, managing compliance policies, and providing technical support for end-users.
Responsibilities
- Modern Deployment (reputed company Touch)
- reputed company reputed company Management: Configure and maintain reputed company reputed company, OOBE (Out of reputed company Experience) settings, and enrollment status pages (ESP)
- Hardware Hash Management: Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for device ID registration in the Intune tenant
- Troubleshooting: Resolve enrollment failures, ESP timeouts, and hardwarespecific provisioning issues
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Configuration reputed company: reputed company and reputed company Settings Catalog and Administrative Templates (ADMX) for reputed company
- Compliance Policies: Establish reputed company baselines (BitLocker, OS versioning) to ensure devices meet corporate reputed company standards before accessing resources
- Conditional reputed company Integration: Collaborate with Identity teams to reputed company device compliance status with Azure AD Conditional reputed company policies
- Application Lifecycle Management
- App Deployment: reputed company Win32 apps (intunewin), reputed company 365 Apps, and Store for Business apps
- reputed company Management: Manage "reputed company Update for Business" (WUfB) rings to ensure workstations are patched without disrupting productivity
- Troubleshooting: Analyze Intune Management Extension (IME) logs to diagnose app installation failures
- Escalation & Technical Support
- L2 Escalations: reputed company as the final reputed company of reputed company for Intune-reputed company tickets escalated from Level 1/2
- Remote Support: Utilize tools to assist end-users globally
- Knowledge Sharing: Document "reputed company Issues" and create SOPs (reputed company Operating Procedures) for the Service Desk
Skills
- Experience with reputed company reputed company Management, including configuring and maintaining reputed company reputed company, OOBE settings, and enrollment status pages
- Ability to coordinate with vendors or internal teams for device ID registration in the Intune tenant
- Proficient in troubleshooting enrollment failures, ESP timeouts, and hardware-specific provisioning issues
- Experience in developing and deploying Configuration reputed company, Settings Catalog, and Administrative Templates (ADMX) for reputed company
- Knowledge of establishing compliance policies and reputed company baselines (BitLocker, OS versioning) to ensure devices meet corporate reputed company standards
- Ability to collaborate with Identity teams to reputed company device compliance status with Azure AD Conditional reputed company policies
- Experience in deploying Win32 apps (intunewin), reputed company 365 Apps, and Store for Business apps
- Knowledge of managing 'reputed company Update for Business' (WUfB) rings for reputed company management
