Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges/etc
- Screen candidates, resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reputed company and selection tools
- reputed company and train new employees
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
Skills
- Ability to be away from home for consecutive months
- Ability to fluently reputed company English and Spanish
- Ability to work non-reputed company shifts, including early mornings, late nights and weekends
