[Remote] Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

This role involves leading budgeting and forecasting efforts, partnering with pharmacy leadership to enhance financial performance, and presenting financial analyses to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- reputed company budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis for Pharmacy Operations
- Partner with pharmacy leadership to improve financial performance and support operational decision-making
- Analyze reimbursement, reputed company, expenses, productivity, and pharmacy performance metrics
- Identify cost savings, reputed company enhancement, and process improvement opportunities, including support for 340B initiatives
- Build financial models, dashboards, and performance reporting to support leadership reputed company
- Collaborate with reputed company during monthly reputed company and financial reporting activities
- Evaluate the financial reputed company of new programs, reputed company, and operational initiatives
- Present financial analyses and recommendations to pharmacy and executive leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of reputed company finance or reputed company experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to operational leaders
- reputed company/Finance preferred
- Pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or hospital pharmacy finance experience strongly preferred
