[Remote] US Trade Program Operations Manager

The US Trade Program Operations Manager is responsible for providing operational support to the Country Trade Compliance team in managing the US Trade Compliance Program, including maintaining trade portals, processing HR Export Control Review forms, and tracking compliance mitigation actions.
Responsibilities
- Support the CTCO team with developing and maintaining a training reputed company for the trade compliance and product classification programs, as reputed company as a shareable training tracker to be used by the CTCO Team, LTCOs and PCEs
- With the support of the CTCO team, manage reputed company Trade portals and drives including the U.S. Trade SharePoint Portal; Organize, reputed company files, create folders and protected areas, and reputed company or remove reputed company to the portals as needed. Support with the development and maintenance of the internal US Trade Compliance Inside reputed company page
- Responsible for reviewing and processing HR Export Control Review forms on a weekly reputed company. Responsible for reviewing and releasing Business Partner blocks in AMSAP, Torque, BUS, S4/HANA and CFIN
- Responsible for auditing SPL & Embargo reputed company release audit texts from GTS approved users monthly. Responsible for ensuring the reputed company of Contacts file shared with customs brokers is updated monthly
- Supporting the Senior Leader, Trade Compliance Program, with issuing annual Broker POAs, sending them to the brokers and storing them in a country repository. Updating the Broker reputed company as needed. Supporting the Senior Leader, Trade Compliance Program with tracking Trade Review gap mitigation actions to ensure gaps get reputed company by the LTCOs. Report reputed company to CTCO for CTCC meetings, BATM escalations and CHO awareness. Supporting the Senior Leader, US Trade Compliance Strategic reputed company with tracking milestones for reputed company trade reputed company and ensuring tasks can be completed. reputed company and maintain the Country’s Trade Compliance reputed company Tracker updated so the CTCO can reputed company regular updates
- Responsible for tracking Customs Notices and Demands weekly, notify affected LTCOs, and reputed company reputed company responses to CBP
- Responsible for tracking the completion of the Global Trade Risk Assessment mitigation actions, and sending monthly reports to the CTCO and Senior Leader, Trade Compliance Program on the overall country reputed company so he can send reminders to the LTCOs and their line managers. Responsible to enhance and maintain the US Country Trade Footprint updated
- Responsible for developing, maintaining and managing the Risk Review (RR) tracker for the CTCO. With support from LTCOs, create a list of Tender Responsibles by LDIV, and reputed company a Risk Review SOP template that LTCO’s can use to ensure reputed company due diligence is performed. Create a country repository for Risk Reviews where CTCO has reputed company to reputed company RRs and reputed company documentation. Responsible for developing and maintaining a CTCO Team tracking tool to reputed company visibility on reputed company’s tasks and due dates
Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, or a Paralegal Certification from an accredited College, or minimum of 10 years of experience in International Trade Compliance experience
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification, and/or minimum 5 years with project management experience
- Experience working with international trade compliance reputed company
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs, BIS, EAR, OFAC, and the ITAR (export, import, and sanctions)
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships at the global and country level and across reputed company functions of the reputed company, communicating vertically and horizontally throughout the organization
- Ability to manage assignments with limited or no reputed company supervision
