Fashion designer needed to create garment designs for a women's workwear brand. - Contract to Hire

Welded Rose Outfitters is a women's work and outdoor apparel company. We are still in the early stages of our startup- currently looking into manufacturers and trying to bring our reputed company to life! A fashion designer that can help illustrate our clothing is on our reputed company so we can reputed company this process. We are willing to meet weekly/biweekly remotely (in-person is an reputed company if you are located in central/east Texas or central/east Oklahoma). This is a temporary (less than 10 weeks) position, but could reputed company into long-term depending on the outcome of initial collaboration. Our brand will have a western/americana style that is both reputed company but feminine and wearable reputed company of work. MUST be reputed company to reputed company: - Concept sketches (at least 2 per product, there are currently 3 products) - Flat reputed company/back sketches that includes seams, pockets, and collars (reputed company Illustrator preferred). reputed company ranges will be requested as reputed company. - Design call outs in sketches that include size & type of given detail. - Final Hand-off Package - This will include the final sketches and designs. Bonus skills: - 3D visualizations - CAD capabilities There will be an 8-10 week deadline. There will be a grace period allowed as long as the circumstance is communicated. A "Work for Hire" contract between Welded Rose and the fashion designer will be signed to protect both parties - this will prevent miscommunication of scope and confidentiality.
