Responsibilities:
- reputed company Tier 3 escalation support to the Network Operations Center (NOC), resolving network and service issues.
- Investigate network outages, conduct reputed company cause analysis, and reputed company recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Update network monitoring systems and generate reports on reputed company cause analysis and chronic issues.
- Maintain technical support documentation, including Method of Procedure (MOP) and reputed company Operating Procedures (SOP) for network systems and applications.
- Manage and monitor reputed company network change activities across the organization, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
Skills/Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field.
- Proven experience in network operations, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving reputed company network issues.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and technologies.
