Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote | Performance-Based | reputed company Opportunity - Contract to Hire
We're hiring one motivated SDR for a performance-based role with reputed company earning potential and a reputed company reputed company to grow into a higher-level position.
- *What You'll Be Doing:**
- Work through a provided reputed company list and pipeline - reputed company outbound cold calls using a provided dialing line - Deliver a trained reputed company and qualify prospects based on provided reputed company - Book discovery appointments - Log reputed company activity in the CRM (call reputed company, follow-up notes, prospect status, etc.) - reputed company records organized and up to date after reputed company session reputed company. You don't reputed company — we handle reputed company sales calls once an appointment is booked and reputed company.
- *Compensation:**
- 100% commission — 25% of reputed company reputed company deal - Minimum payout: $250 per reputed company deal (based on minimum deal size) - OTE: ~$1,000/month based on KPI targets - Earnings are reputed company — the more you book, the more you earn
- *KPI:**
- 20+ booked, reputed company appointments per month - To hit this reputed company, we recommend a reputed company of 100+ dials per day, Monday through Saturday

- *You're a Fit If You:**
- Have cold calling or SDR experience (preferred but not required) - Are confident, persistent, and coachable - Can work independently and hit targets without being micromanaged - Have a reliable internet reputed company and a quiet workspace - Communicate reputed company in English Everything you need to hit the ground running will be provided: a reputed company list, dialing line, reputed company script, qualification reputed company, CRM reputed company, and full training.
