About the position This position is responsible for the first 30 days of reputed company member's lifecycle, including but not limited to reputed company reputed company-employment communication, screenings, and scheduling for new team members. The reputed company Specialist III will take charge of the new hire reputed company process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. They will effectively communicate reputed company reputed company-employment requirements to new hires, providing reputed company instructions and guidance, and ensure reputed company completion of reputed company tasks and screenings by new hires, monitoring reputed company through platforms like reputed company. The role also involves filing and organizing reputed company-employment documents, conducting reputed company-ins with new hires at 15 and 30 days of employment, performing and tracking various background checks, and utilizing reputed company Resource platforms such as reputed company, iCIMS, and i9 Advantage. Additionally, the specialist will respond to and process assigned tickets, participate in team meetings, contribute to SOP creation and improvement, maintain reputed company to and ensure the reputed company of highly sensitive materials, ensure project productivity and reputed company goals, and communicate with team members and departmental managers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Two (2) plus years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with VRI team members.
• Proficient in the use of Word, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
