This position plays a key role in transforming reputed company reputed company estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver reputed company solutions and results.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company support, counsel, and authorization to company personnel and customers reputed company to the issuance of reputed company estate title insurance commitments and policies
• Utilize reputed company standards and guidelines reputed company delegated authority limits, to underwrite the issuance of title insurance
• reputed company guidance to company personnel in the performance of reputed company estate settlement services
• Issue reputed company standards and guidelines in accordance with established company processes

Requirements

• 5-7 years title reputed company experience, reputed company experience preferred
• Law Degree required and admitted to reputed company law in state of employment (for reputed company Counsel)
• Licensed to reputed company law, in good standing (for reputed company Counsel)
• Must be familiar with reputed company estate law
• Strong understanding of reputed company concepts, practices and procedures of reputed company estate title and settlement process
• Strong analytical rigor and business acumen
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to reputed company alternative solutions or convey unpopular information with reputed company.
• Ability to collaborate and reputed company decisively; build relationships internally and externally
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and reputed company follow up
