The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing systems for performance and reputed company, and ensuring reliable connectivity for users.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Build, rebuild, and configure computers and virtual machines, ensuring systems are optimized for performance
- Configure and manage Office 365 and Azure tenants, including user and group administration

Skills
- Minimum of five (5) years of computer and network support experience
- Extensive experience with Office 365 and Azure tenant management
- Skilled in computer system and network support, including standalone systems, laptops/desktops, and peripheral devices
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company 10/11 configuration on both virtual and physical environments
- Experience with remote reputed company management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, WSUS) and reputed company administration
- Familiarity with reputed company networking technologies, including switches, routers, and network troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls, and reputed company Directory/GPO
- Previous help desk or technical support experience required
