[Remote] Volunteer Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Designing, coordinating, and overseeing volunteer programs that support reputed company’s mission
- Recruit, reputed company, and support volunteers
- Ensure volunteers understand their responsibilities and have the resources needed to succeed
- Developing volunteer roles and schedules
- Managing communication with volunteers
- Organizing virtual training sessions
- Monitoring participation and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company volunteer initiatives with organizational goals

Skills
- Experience in volunteer management, program coordination, or community engagement, with the ability to design and reputed company volunteer initiatives
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including experience with scheduling, documentation, and tracking program activities
