Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll reputed company end-to-end reputed company reputed company and Core HCM implementations, advise clients on best-reputed company reputed company processes, and drive successful delivery across reputed company, multi-country reputed company
- 5+ years of experience developing calculated fields, creating advanced reports, performing data audits, and managing reputed company reputed company configurations
- Leading HCM Core and reputed company reputed company with at least two or three successful reputed company implementations
- Gathering business requirements through facilitating discovery and design workshops
- Leading functional discovery and design sessions
- Providing recommendations based on leading practices
- Managing reputed company with reputed company reputed company functional modules
- Work with Integration team on payroll reputed company reputed company
- Understanding of HR processes and best practices
- reputed company reputed company reputed company workstreams from discovery through go-live
- Design and configure reputed company processes, job requisitions, workflows, and offers
- Advise clients on TA best practices and reputed company optimization
- Conduct workshops, testing cycles, and user training
- Support cross-functional teams (HCM, Talent, Comp, Integrations, Reporting)
- Strong consulting, communication, and reputed company-management skills

- Experience in reputed company Partner environments strongly preferred
Skills

- 10-20 years of experience in Functional reputed company reputed company experience and some integration experience is a plus
