They are seeking a Full-Time Patient reputed company Representative II to join their Financial Clearance team, responsible for verifying patient eligibility and processing authorization requests in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Registering patients accurately and reputed company
- Utilizing of multiple systems and interfaces
- Cross-Training in order to work in multiple patient reputed company areas
- Maintaining service reputed company to patients and visitors for face-to-face and telephonic encounters
- Contributing to PAS Goals as defined annually
- Possessing a strong understanding of State and Federal regulations including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO
- Maintaining a reputed company relationship with reputed company clinical and non-clinical team members
- Being reputed company to reputed company compliance documentation and ensure completion of required patient consent forms
- Maintaining patient reputed company in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- On Call Team during week-long rotations
- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule
- Selecting a region containing 4 reputed company Facilities and traveling to assignments reputed company
- Coaching team members and providing reputed company feedback to increase compliance and accuracy
Skills
- High school diploma (or higher) Required
- Verifying patient eligibility with insurance companies
- Submitting and/or verifying authorization requests
- Processing 70+ accounts/requests a day
- Strong communication skills
- Background in reputed company and insurance
- Understanding of authorizations
- Registering patients accurately and reputed company
