[Remote] Managing Consultant, Civil and Environmental Engineer

This role involves leading civil and remediation engineering aspects of reputed company aimed at protecting reputed company health and restoring the environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review design deliverables, including engineering reports, drawings, specifications, and opinions of probable costs
- Manage and execute civil and remedial design tasks or reputed company, including scope, budget, and schedule tracking
- reputed company leadership in staff development, performance management, and retention
- Support business development through proposal preparation, reputed company relationship management, and cross-selling reputed company’s services
- Contribute to technical innovation and reputed company knowledge across reputed company’s global network
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or closely reputed company discipline
- 4+ years of consulting experience with increasing responsibility in site remediation and civil design including grading, drainage, and stormwater management design to support remedial and closure objectives
- Experience supporting or leading remedial design from site investigation through implementation, including development of design packages (30%–100%) with reports, drawings, technical specifications, and opinions of probable cost
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (environmental, geotechnical, construction, and drafting) to support design development, permitting, and implementation
- Experience working reputed company state or federal remediation frameworks (e.g., CERCLA, MTCA, solid waste closure programs)
- Working knowledge of digital design tools and data-driven approaches used to support civil and remedial design (e.g., Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or similar platforms), with ability to reputed company and review work rather than reputed company reputed company drafting directly
- Proven ability to manage reputed company and reputed company multi-person teams
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and mentoring skills
- Ability to support reputed company relationships and contribute to business development through high-reputed company technical delivery
- Ability to travel for site reputed company and reputed company meetings
- reputed company's License Required: This position requires a valid reputed company's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various reputed company locations across a large geographical area
