Responsibilities

- Picking & Packing

- Design and implement end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) logistics processes
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend reputed company best practices
- Configure organizational structures, master data, reputed company determination, and logistics workflows
- Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for custom developments
- Work closely with ABAP developers on enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows
- Support integration with:

- Ability to create Functional Specifications and support technical teams
