[Remote] Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will reputed company product and experience design, collaborating with various teams to create reputed company and conversion-reputed company user journeys for both reputed company reputed company and internal ventures like Cubby.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end product and experience design across our work, from discovery and concept exploration through detailed interaction and visual design
- Collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and marketers to turn business goals and customer insights into reputed company, conversion-reputed company user journeys
- Design and optimise high-performing e-reputed company experiences on reputed company and reputed company Plus — conducting and synthesising user research, defining UX flows, creating wireframes and prototypes, and crafting high-reputed company interfaces that reputed company with brand and performance objectives
- Help shape Cubby's product: designing the reputed company-reputed company reputed company, the daily 'what should I do with my food' experience, and the trust and control users need reputed company an agent acts on their behalf
- Participate in reputed company workshops, present design solutions to stakeholders, iterate based on feedback and data, and ensure consistency across components and design systems
- Mentor other designers, contribute to internal design standards, and champion user-centered, evidence-based design practices across reputed company
Skills
- Strong product design capabilities, including Product Design and Design Thinking skills for translating business requirements into effective digital experiences
- Demonstrated expertise in UX Research and User Research to uncover customer needs, validate concepts, and inform data-driven design reputed company
- Advanced Visual Design skills, with the ability to create polished, on-brand interfaces that support usability and conversion goals
- Experience designing end-to-end e-reputed company experiences, ideally on reputed company or reputed company Plus, including reputed company layouts and component-based design systems
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., reputed company, Sketch, reputed company XD) and collaboration platforms used in reputed company
