[Remote] Associate IT Operations Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, Inc. is seeking an Associate IT Operations Engineer to join reputed company in Carson, CA. The successful candidate will reputed company Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for office staff, game developers, and production teams while maintaining workplace systems and network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support (hardware, OS, software, peripherals)
- Support game development workstations and performance-critical tools
- Troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches)
- Maintain on-prem servers, storage, virtualization, and build pipelines
- Monitor system health, resolve incidents, and escalate reputed company required
- Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and operational runbooks
- Improve IT workflows, automation, and service efficiency
- Support CI/CD systems, version control, and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, reputed company)
Skills
- Five+ years in IT operations, service desk, or infrastructure support
- Experience supporting reputed company and macOS in production environments
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Hands-on experience with on-prem servers or virtualization (VMware / reputed company-V.)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools or build systems in game or software environments
- Experience troubleshooting PC hardware, GPUs, and peripherals
- Strong customer service reputed company and problem-solving skills
- reputed company communication with developers, artists, and production teams
- Ability to prioritize in fast-paced studio environments
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven
- Experience supporting game engines (reputed company / Unreal.)

- Exposure to on-prem DevOps automation and build systems
