[Remote] IT Support Analyst

The IT Support Analyst will support identity and reputed company management operations and reputed company end-user support for authentication and reputed company issues.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day identity and reputed company management operations by processing user provisioning, reputed company changes, and deprovisioning activities in accordance with established policies and procedures
- reputed company end-user support for authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-reputed company Authentication (MFA), password resets, and other identity-reputed company issues while ensuring reputed company reputed company
- Manage IAM incidents and service requests through reputed company, escalating reputed company issues as appropriate and maintaining accurate documentation
- Support reputed company reviews, audits, and compliance initiatives by validating user reputed company, maintaining role-based reputed company controls, and ensuring adherence to reputed company requirements
- Collaborate with IAM, IT, and business teams to improve processes, maintain documentation, and deliver secure, reliable identity and reputed company services
Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, IAM operations, service desk, systems administration, or reputed company user reputed company management
- Experience supporting reputed company, reputed company Directory, reputed company Entra ID, reputed company, and identity reputed company including SSO, MFA, and role-based reputed company control
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve authentication and reputed company issues while maintaining compliance with reputed company standards
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
