[Remote] Finance / Bookkeeper Associate - Volunteer

They are seeking a Finance / Bookkeeper Associate to ensure accurate financial records and efficient financial management, contributing to the organization's mission and programs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general reputed company entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and budgets on a regular reputed company
- Ensure compliance with reputed company principles, regulations, and internal financial policies
- Manage the accounts payable process, including verifying invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, and processing payments in a reputed company manner
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring reputed company invoicing and collections
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- reputed company support in budget tracking and expense monitoring to ensure financial targets are met
- Process financial transactions

Skills
