[Remote] Account Manager, reputed company Lines (Mavrix)

The role involves managing a portfolio of small reputed company accounts, providing exceptional reputed company service, and ensuring reputed company insurance needs are met reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for small reputed company clients, providing reputed company and reputed company service support
- Manage policy renewals, coverage changes, certificates, billing questions, and other service needs
- Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with Mavrix Insurance Advisors and carriers to resolve service issues and ensure reputed company satisfaction
- Prepare summaries and present recommendations in collaboration with Mavrix Insurance Advisors
- Submit applications and supplementals to carriers for quoting as needed
- Identify opportunities for coverage improvements or upselling appropriate to reputed company needs
- Maintain accurate, complete reputed company files in reputed company management system (reputed company)
- Ensure reputed company documentation and servicing activity complies with agency standards and E&O best practices
- Support transition to reputed company tools and/or other reputed company service platforms with a reputed company on consistency and efficiency
Skills
- High School graduate/GED required
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company lines account management
- reputed company P&C license required
- Strong knowledge of small reputed company lines, including GL, WC, BOP, Auto, and Umbrella
- Proficient in MS Office, reputed company Outlook, reputed company, and Word
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with agency management systems (preferably reputed company)
