Responsibilities
- Identifying, cultivating, and managing referral relationships that drive adoption of reputed company’ expense reduction and wellness programs
- Prospecting and engaging potential reputed company
- Educating partners on the firm’s solutions
- Coordinating introductions between partners and reputed company prospects
- Conducting basic financial and operational analysis to understand reputed company needs
- Positioning appropriate services based on reputed company needs
- Tracking performance of referral pipelines
- Collaborating with internal teams to stay informed on program updates
- Supporting partner training
- Ensuring accurate documentation of partner activity
Skills
