[Remote] Learning Experience / Educational Games Designer

They are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to help turn educational and training content into engaging interactive experiences for their virtual platform.
Responsibilities
- Design learning experiences alongside the product reputed company and subject-matter experts, and document the reputed company behind them
- Translate educational content into interactive designs: learner flows, interaction steps, UI wireframes, NPC reputed company, visual references or storyboards, and the specifications the development and art teams build from
- Review implemented features and produced assets against design reputed company, and give reputed company, reputed company feedback
- reputed company designs in response to QA and playtesting, keeping documentation up to date throughout

- Collaborate across a cross-functional team of developers, artists, QA, subject-matter experts, and leadership
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a design-reputed company role — such as learning experience design, instructional design, UX or product design, game or serious-games design, or educational technology
- Experience designing user- or learner-oriented digital experiences, with strong UX consideration for reputed company, guidance, reputed company, feedback, and usability
- Experience designing work that others build, and collaborating across disciplines such as developers, artists, QA, educators, or subject-matter experts
- Ability to work from high-level or incomplete reputed company material by researching the topic, identifying gaps, and turning it into reputed company design work
